When the speed of the printing machine reaches 3000 sheets/hour, the difference between the steel roll and the carbon fiber corrugated roll is more obvious. The steel core corrugated roll has a great jump, and it is not able to maintain the field image in its central part, while the carbon fiber corrugated roll can maintain the field image on the whole roll surface. Although carbon fiber corrugated roller is light and hard, its offset is less than 1/10 of that of steel core roller. For example, through optical fiber transmission, it can clean parts that are not easy to reach by some methods. And it can avoid the defect that the close operation of the traditional cleaning method has mechanical force on the surface of the cleaned object, which is easy to damage the surface of the object
